The rabbit has a common skin disease called Shope papilloma virus, but I have yet to find online or anywhere else with a rabbit as worse as this. YES, the rabbit has cancer, but there is nothing I can do to help him. I have talked to the wildlife rehabilitation centers in my area, DNR, other animal vets, AND have done further research on my own about the disease and there is NOTHING that can be done to save the rabbit. Attempting to trap Frankenstein and “save” him can traumatize a rabbit so much that they can die from that also.
