The 27-year-old joined the London club last summer from Sporting Lisbon for £17m. Playing under compatriot Marco Silva, Palhinha made 31 Premier League appearances, scoring three goals.

His efforts have kept Fulham safe in his first season back in the English top flight. Jones, writing on GiveMeSport, provided an update on the situation regarding Liverpool and Palhinha.
