On Monday evening, the Golden State Warriors hosted the Houston Rockets at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

The Warriors won the game by a score of 121-116, and Steph Curry had 32 points, five rebounds and one assist while shooting 8/14 from the field and 5/9 from the three-point range in 35 minutes of playing time.

During the game, Curry made exciting history, as he has now played more minutes than any Warriors player ever.

The franchise’s minutes played record was previously held by Nate Thurmond.”

Curry was the seventh pick in the 2009 NBA Draft and is in his 15th season in the league (all with the Warriors).

Even at 35, he still remains among the top ten players in the NBA and is currently averaging 30.4 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.6 assists per contest while shooting 48.4% from the field and 45.3% from the three-point range in 13 games.

The two-time MVP has led the Warriors to the NBA Finals six times and they have won four NBA Championships (over the previous nine seasons).

Last year, Curry averaged 29.4 points, 6.1 rebounds and 6.3 assists per contest while shooting 49.3% from the field and 44.7% from the three-point range.

With the victory, the Warriors improved to 7-8 in their first 15 games and snapped a six-game losing streak.

They will play their next game on Wednesday evening against the Phoenix Suns in Arizona.
